About the Villa

This impressive villa of around 600–750 m² stands on a hill in the quiet Budzhaka area of Sozopol, just a 5-minute walk from Kavatsi Beach, with beautiful views over the sea and the bay from almost every room. Built with stone, wood and eco-friendly, non-allergenic finishes, it features 3.5 m high ceilings and a spectacular 7 m high atrium living room, furnished to a high standard. Guests rate it “Exceptional” (9.8/10) and give the location a perfect 10.

The villa is rented as a whole for exclusive use: six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a spacious living room, a large dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, plus a wealth of leisure facilities – sauna, fitness room, tennis court, billiards, table tennis, BBQ area and a children's playground – all set in a landscaped garden with sea views.

Terms

• All prices are in EUR, for the entire villa per night, accommodation only.

• Minimum stay 7 nights, arrival on 10 May 2027.

• Nights within 9–17 May 2027 are charged at EUR 6,100; additional nights outside this period at EUR 5,500.

• The outdoor swimming pool operates from June to the end of September.

• Non-smoking; pets, parties and events are not allowed.
